Automotive-grade IMS Material
Automotive-grade IMS (Insulated Metal Substrate) is a high-performance thermal management material designed for EV and automotive power electronics. It features a copper circuit layer, thermally conductive dielectric layer, and metal base for excellent heat dissipation, electrical insulation, and mechanical strength. Compared with standard aluminum substrates, automotive IMS offers higher reliability, stronger copper adhesion, and better thermal performance. With thermal conductivity from 1.0W/mK to 8.0W/mK, breakdown voltage above 6KV, and CTI ≥ 600V, it is ideal for harsh automotive environments. Widely used in OBC, DC-DC converters, BMS, IGBT modules, LED headlights, and inverter systems, it is an ideal solution for high-power automotive applications.
